Confirm the reservation

The reservation is confirmed with the prepayment of the rental. This way, we’ll keep the motorcycle reserved for you.

Recoge en Santiago

The collection is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM in Santiago. We’ll hand over the motorcycle with helmet and gloves for one person.

Enjoy Galicia

Head out riding with unlimited kilometers, insurance included and drop-off between 21:00 y 22:00.

What are the pickup and drop-off times?
Recogida y devoluonción a las 09:00 am. Otros horarios disponibles bajo petición, con suplemento de 25 Eur por recogida/devolución. También puedes dejarnos la moto junto a la tienda y depositar las llaves en el cajetín habilitado a tal efecto. En ese caso no se aplica recargo, pero sigues siendo responsable de la moto hasta las 9:00 am. Este modelo nos permite ofrecer Competitive prices.
Do I need to post a security deposit?
Yes. It is left €500 bail que se devuelve inmediatamente al finalizar el alquiler, una vez revisada la moto.
How is payment made?
The rent is paid in advance Upon confirming the reservation. The security deposit is blocked separately.
What equipment is included?
We include 1 helmet and 1 pair of gloves for one person. You can add extra equipment as an additional.
Do I need a specific type of license?
It depends on the model. We have motorcycles for A2 and A. On each motorcycle's tab, you will see the required license.
Are the kilometers unlimited?
Yes, all rentals include unlimited km.
What is the fuel policy?
Entrega y devolución en el mismo nivel de combustible. Si se devuelve con menos, se cobra la diferencia más 25 Euros.
What if I have an incident or breakdown?
Contacta con asistencia en carretera. Ellos devolverán la moto a la tienda y te ayudarán a organizar tu desplazamiento a tu punto de destino o retorno a Santiago. En caso de accidente, debes además rellenar un parte amistoso.
Can I cancel or change dates?
Los cambios y cancelaciones se rigen por las condiciones de alquiler. Consúltalas en nuestro sitio web.
Do you offer off-hours delivery?
Sí, el coste es de 25 Euros por cada recogida o devolución. También podemos acercarte la moto o ir a buscarla. Para Santiago la tarifa es de 25 Euros. Consúltanos si necesitas entrega o devolonuci en otro lugar.
