Rental Conditions

1.1 The LESSEE agrees to use and operate the motorcycle in accordance with traffic laws and the vehicle's specifications.

1.2 Exclusively for private use and not for transfer to third parties. Not permitted in the following cases:

• a) Paid passenger transportation.
• b) Tow other vehicles/objects.
• c) Participate in competitions.
• d) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• e) Transportation of illicit or dangerous goods.
• f) Exceeding authorized capacity or weight.
• g) Using the vehicle in the commission of crimes.

1.3 Only authorized individuals with a valid permit may drive.

1.4 It is prohibited to transfer, mortgage, sell, or pledge as collateral the motorcycle, keys, documentation, or accessories.

1.5 For use within the [ ] only European Union.

1.6 Transporting the vehicle by ship, train, truck, or plane is prohibited unless written authorization from the LESSOR is obtained.

2.1 It does not exist mileage limit in the use of the motorcycle.

3.1 Pick up at the LANDLORD'S premises at 09:00. Pickups outside of regular hours (until 10:00 PM) require written approval and incur a cost of 25 €.

3.2 La devolución se realizará en el local, en fecha y hora contratadas (por defecto 09:00). El alquiler termina cuando se entregan vehículo y llaves al ARRENDADOR.

3.3 The ordinary return is at 09:00 of the completion day. Deliveries outside of that time (until 10:00 PM the previous day) require approval and entail 25 €.

3.4 Delays: daily rate + 100 €/day. After 48 hours, the LANDLORD may initiate criminal proceedings.

3.5 Before delivery, the LESSEE shall provide ID card, driver's license, security deposit of 500 € e inspeccionará el vehículo. Cualquier desperfecto observado en la motocicleta habrá de hacerse constar mediante víedo de inspección realizado por el cliente antes del inicio del alquiler.

Se entrega en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y limpieza, salvo los daños reflejados en el vídeo de reconocimiento previo.

Technical features or accessories may not be modified. Refurbishment will be at the LESSEE's expense, plus 100 €/day of immobilization.

The LANDLORD is not liable for loss/damage of items transported or left on the motorcycle.

La tarifa diaria aplicable es la indicada en la reserva.

The TENANT shall pay:

• Import stipulated in the contract.
• Damage or theft (maximum new acquisition value).
• Fines, violations, and associated expenses.

Payment method cash (cash or card).

El vehículo cuenta con Seguro a terceros y servicio de asistencia en carretera. El ARRENDATARIO gestionará su cobertura de accidentes.

Notify any claim within 24 hours and deliver the signed report to the LANDLORDfrankymotoadventures@gmail.com).

The LANDLORD assumes no responsibility for damages arising from breakdown or accident.

En caso de avería accidente, el ARRENDATARIO debe organizar el traslado del vehiculo hasta la tienda del ARRENDADOR con la asistencia en viaje. La finalización anticipada solo será válida cuando el ARRENDADOR no pueda proporcionar otra motocicleta al ARRENDATARIO, en la tienda de Santiago, hasta la fecha original de finalización del contraro.

Normal wear and tear is assumed by the LESSOR.

The TENANT cannot order repairs without written authorization.

Fuel consumed is the responsibility of the LESSEE.

You must refuel with the correct type; otherwise, you will bear the cost of repairs.

You must return the same quantity as delivered. Otherwise, the shortage will be invoiced + 25 €.

Any modification of these terms must be in writing.

Los datos personales no serán compartidos. Se conserva copia de DNI y permiso de conducir hasta devolución de fianza y resolución de incidencias (incluidas posibles infracciones de tráfico).

In case of breach, the LANDLORD may identify the TENANT to the competent authority.

Both parties submit to the Courts of the landlord's domicile.
