Rental Conditions
Motorcycle Rental Agreement — Special Conditions and Clauses.
Article 1. Vehicle Use
1.1 The LESSEE agrees to use and operate the motorcycle in accordance with traffic laws and the vehicle's specifications.
1.2 Exclusively for private use and not for transfer to third parties. Not permitted in the following cases:
- a) Paid passenger transportation.
- b) Tow other vehicles/objects.
- c) Participate in competitions.
- d) Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- e) Transportation of illicit or dangerous goods.
- f) Exceeding authorized capacity or weight.
- g) Using the vehicle in the commission of crimes.
1.3 Only authorized individuals with a valid permit may drive.
1.4 It is prohibited to transfer, mortgage, sell, or pledge as collateral the motorcycle, keys, documentation, or accessories.
1.5 For use within the [ ] only European Union.
1.6 Transporting the vehicle by ship, train, truck, or plane is prohibited unless written authorization from the LESSOR is obtained.
Article 2. Rented Motorcycle
2.1 It does not exist mileage limit in the use of the motorcycle.
Article 3. Delivery and Returns
3.1 Pick up at the LANDLORD'S premises at 09:30. Pickups outside of regular hours (until 10:00 PM) require written approval and incur a cost of 25 €.
3.2 The return will take place at the premises, on the agreed-upon date and time. The rental ends when the vehicle and keys are handed over to the LESSOR.
3.3 The ordinary return is at 09:00 of the completion day. Deliveries outside of that time (until 10:00 PM the previous day) require approval and entail 25 €.
3.4 Delays: daily rate + 100 €/day. After 48 hours, the LANDLORD may initiate criminal proceedings.
3.5 Before delivery, the LESSEE shall provide ID card, driver's license, security deposit of 500 € and will sign the Vehicle Pre-Inspection Acknowledgment.
Article 4. Vehicle Condition
Delivered in perfect working and clean condition, except for the damages noted in the Prior Inspection.
Technical features or accessories may not be modified. Refurbishment will be at the LESSEE's expense, plus 100 €/day of immobilization.
The LANDLORD is not liable for loss/damage of items transported or left on the motorcycle.
Article 5. Rental Price
The applicable daily rate is the one indicated in the contract.
Article 6. Payments
The TENANT shall pay:
- Import stipulated in the contract.
- Damage or theft (maximum new acquisition value).
- Fines, violations, and associated expenses.
Payment method cash (cash or card).
Article 7. Insurance
Third-party liability and towing service (Senassur Insurance). The TENANT will manage their accident coverage.

Article 8. Accidents
Notify any claim within 24 hours and deliver the signed report to the LANDLORDfrankymotoadventures@gmail.com).
The LANDLORD assumes no responsibility for damages arising from breakdown or accident.
In case of an accident, the LESSEE must arrange for transport with roadside assistance. Early termination will only be valid in writing.
Article 9. Maintenance and Repairs
Normal wear and tear is assumed by the LESSOR.
The TENANT cannot order repairs without written authorization.
Article 10. Fuels
Fuel consumed is the responsibility of the LESSEE.
You must refuel with the correct type; otherwise, you will bear the cost of repairs.
You must return the same quantity as delivered. Otherwise, the shortage will be invoiced + 25 €.
Article 11. Validity
Any modification of these terms must be in writing.
Article 12. Data Protection
Personal data will not be shared. A copy of the ID card and driver's license will be kept for the rental period and until the security deposit is returned or any incidents are resolved.
In case of breach, the LANDLORD may identify the TENANT to the competent authority.
Article 13. Jurisdiction
Both parties submit to the Courts of the landlord's domicile.
